The main objective of the project was to prepare school graduates so that they can be ensured job placement by participating in optimized internship programs for this purpose.

Specific objectives focused on: developing organizational skills for organizing quality internship programs; developing work-based learning methods and practical activities to integrate students into the workforce; developing professional skills for students in the automotive mechanic profile; developing cooperation capacity with partner institutions in Greece.

Improving the quality of workplace learning for students in our school, for better optimization of practical skills in relation to labor market requirements, was achieved through the exchange of experience between our school, the economic agent S.C. Service Auto VIV, and similar institutions in Greece. We aimed to develop both the professional skills of internship tutors and those of VET teachers participating in the project, with subsequent application to improve the quality of practical training internships. The project aimed to improve the quality of vocational and technical education in Siret, with an impact on integrating our graduates into the job market upon course completion. The study visit to Greece provided a unique international experience for the teaching staff. Visiting companies and local institutions operating in the field for which we are preparing, presenting examples of best practices, as well as visits to VET schools, vocational training centers, and partner companies contributed to a more accurate identification of the professional skills needed to use new technologies in automotive construction, analyzing and comparing activities carried out at school and with partners, as well as exchanging ideas and best practices with local professionals. Twelve people participated in the study visit, including VET teachers, the unit manager, the English teacher, and representatives of the economic agent.
