Within the Programme, the following are eligible:
Higher education institutions from Romania, signatory of the European Union’s Erasmus Charter (ECHE)
They may submit applications for preparatory visits and mobility projects in the Donor States: Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, as well as for inter-institutional cooperation projects.
Teaching and non-teaching university staff may participate in the preparatory visits.
Participants in mobility are:
– students enrolled in any of the 3 cycles (or fresh graduates for placements)
– teaching and non-teaching university staff
Public or private entities from the Donor States (accredited universities, research centres, companies, etc.)
They may submit applications for preparatory visits in Romania in the field of higher education.
Staff of these entities may participate in the preparatory visits.
County School Inspectorates (ISJ), Teacher Training Houses (CCD) and County Centres for Resources and Educational Assistance (CJRAE) from Romania
They may submit applications for preparatory visits and mobility projects in the Donor States.
Participants in mobility are the educational experts (school inspectors, counselors, teacher trainers) from ISJ, CCD and CJRAE.
Training Institutes and Centres from the Donor States
They may submit applications for preparatory visits and mobility projects to improve the skills of the Romanian educational experts (school inspectors, counselors and teacher trainers).
Staff and experts of these entities may participate in mobility.
Consortia composed of one coordinator from Romania (one organization active in the field of Roma children inclusion) and 5-6 Romanian
schools with minimum 20% of enrolled Roma children, situated in disadvantaged communities.
Universities with an Erasmus Charter are eligible.
They may submit applications for national projects only.
