The reduction\/resolution of the above-mentioned problems was achieved through the implementation of the following activities:<\/p>\n Impact of the project: improving the professional and personal skills of teachers (70 teachers), changing the attitude regarding the social inclusion of students (280 students)\/Roma and non-Roma parents (105 parents);
The main difficulties encountered: low willingness of students to participate in school activities, lack of knowledge and experience regarding intercultural education, prejudices and mutual distrust between schools and the Roma community.<\/p>\n\n
The project was a success because it generated a change in attitude regarding the social inclusion of Roma students and their parents, the development of professional skills of teachers and the development of the institutional capacity of organizations to generate positive changes.<\/p>\n
