hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Promoter: <a href=\"https:\/\/isj.educv.ro\/\">ISJ Covasna<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Code: 2018-EY-PMIP-R2-0016<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Parteners: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ici.is\">InterCultural Iceland<\/a>, Islanda and<a href=\"https:\/\/newschool.me\/about-us\">\u00a0Newschool AS<\/a>, Oslo, Norvegia<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Covasna County faces a number of profound social and economic problems, problems that lead to an educational shortage in the population and a high risk of diminishing participation in education for several categories of children and young people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The main objective of the project<\/strong> is to increase the quality of education in schools in Covasna County, by designing the profile of the democratic school, based on citizenship, human rights, inclusion and leadership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The specific objectives<\/strong> of the proposal are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Increasing by 10% the number of schools with an inclusive and creative learning environment from the school year 2019-2020, with the help of 7 school inspectors trained in 4-7-day training course on inclusion techniques;<\/li>\n<li>Increase by 20%, starting with the school year 2019-2020, of the number of schools that will adopt and apply the inclusive school concept.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The expected project outcomes<\/strong> for the institution are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>7 school inspectors trained in inclusive management<\/li>\n<li>1 Training course completed -documents made within the project posted on the educational resources platform of the school inspectorate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Training activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>participation in a mixed course (structural course and job shadowing) &#8211;
