The National Agency for Community Programmes in the Field of Education and Vocational Training (the Agency, the NA) is a public institution subordinated to the Ministry of National Education set up in 2005 by a Government Decision.<\/p>\n
In 2007, the Agency became the implementation institution for the European Union\u2019s programmes: Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP), Youth in Action (YiA) and Erasmus Mundus, for 2007 – 2013. There were also added to the NA the Europass National Centre, Eurydice National Unit and the Eurodesk Network.<\/p>\n
In 2013, the NA has been designated as the implementing agency for the Erasmus+ Programme for 2014-2020 and has become the Operator for the Scholarships and Inter-institutional Cooperation Programme in the field of higher education, financed by the 2009-2014 EEA Financial Mechanism.<\/p>\n
In 2016, the NA has been designated as the Operator for the Education, Scholarships, Apprenticeships and Youth Entrepreneurship Programme, financed by the 2014-2021 EEA Financial Mechanism. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cTransforming the<\/em> Romanian area<\/em> by<\/em> learning<\/em> is<\/em> a<\/em> brave endeavour<\/em> of our<\/em> institution, which<\/em> requires<\/em> efficient instruments<\/em> and<\/em> significant support.<\/em><\/p>\n We<\/em> are<\/em> convinced<\/em> that<\/em> all<\/em> these<\/em> programmes<\/em> will<\/em> generate notable<\/em> and transparent structural<\/em> and<\/em> institutional changes<\/em> in<\/em> the<\/em> Romanian<\/em> educational<\/em> system<\/em> and<\/em> even beyond,<\/em> in<\/em> the<\/em> social<\/em> and<\/em> economic<\/em> sectors.<\/em><\/p>\n We<\/em> are confident<\/em> that<\/em> the transfer of innovation<\/em> and<\/em> good practices<\/em> will<\/em> continue<\/em> to<\/em> expand<\/em> the<\/em> continuous interaction<\/em> between<\/em> institutions from<\/em> various countries.<\/em> Hopefully,<\/em> it will<\/em> be<\/em> confirmed<\/em> in<\/em> time<\/em> by<\/em> a<\/em>
